Four things land the moment you finish
A metabolic load score
A 0–100 read on how much your answers are stacking against you, with the interpretation written out in plain language.
One of 12 profiles
Your pattern matched to the archetype we see it in most often — stressed sleeper, post-GLP-1 plateau, perimenopause shift and nine more.
What we noticed
Specific observations drawn from your own answers, each pointing at the research behind why that answer matters.
A starter protocol
The free, citation-backed protocol page for your profile — four things to fix, a week-one checklist, and what to track.
An honest questionnaire has limits
A 15-question form can spot patterns. It cannot see inside you. We would rather say that at the top than let a score do work it is not qualified to do — so here is the list of things this assessment will never claim.
Not now, not ever
What this will never do
- Promise you a weight-loss number or a timeframe
- Tell you that you have a disease — this is not a diagnosis
- Sell, rent or trade your email address to anyone
- Show you invented testimonials or before-and-after photos
- Route you to a supplement because it pays us

What this assessment can and cannot tell you
No, and it cannot be. The assessment is a structured questionnaire — it reads patterns in what you tell us and matches them against profiles we see repeatedly. It does not measure anything in your blood, and it cannot rule anything in or out.
If your answers point at something that genuinely needs testing — fasting insulin, HbA1c, thyroid panel, vitamin D — the result says so plainly and tells you to take it to your own physician rather than solving it here.

Educational only. The assessment is a questionnaire, not a diagnostic test — take anything it flags to your own physician.
