Two options. One rubric.
Side-by-side reads of every popular diet, drug, program and product — scored the same way, with the failure cases left in. Each page answers the question people actually ask: which one fits me?

Four steps, and none of them is picking a side
The scoring rubric is published, applied identically to a diet and a drug, and revised only when the evidence moves.
Read both, properly
Each side is audited on its own first — claims, mechanism, and what the peer-reviewed literature actually found, including the trials that did not flatter it.
Score on one rubric
Sustainability, short-term effect, long-term effect, evidence quality, cost, and time to visible change. The same six for a diet, a drug, or a CGM.
Name who it fails
Every option works for someone and fails someone else. A comparison that only lists benefits is marketing wearing a lab coat.
Answer the real question
Not 'which is better' in the abstract — which fits your metabolism, your budget, and the life you will still be living in a year.
The four people ask about most
Roughly 300 valid pairs are generated from the underlying database. The 52 above are the curated launch set — the others render at their URLs but stay noindexed until Search Console validates the template.

How these comparisons work
Every entity on the site is scored on the same six-part rubric before it appears in a single comparison: sustainability, short-term effect, long-term effect, evidence quality, monthly cost, and time to visible change. The comparison page reads those scores side by side rather than picking a favourite first and reverse-engineering reasons for it.
That is also why several pages end without a winner. Where two options land within a point of each other, we say so and move the question to which one you can realistically keep doing — adherence predicts outcome more reliably in the literature than the specific food rules do.
Scores are editorial judgements built from published research, not clinical advice for your individual case.

Still can't pick a side?
The Metabolic Damage Assessment maps your own profile and points at the protocol the research supports for it — which is often neither of the two you were arguing about.
Educational only, not medical advice. These comparisons summarise published research and do not diagnose, treat, or replace care from your own clinician. Consult your physician before major dietary changes or before starting, stopping, or altering prescribed medication. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results vary; no outcome is guaranteed.
