An editorial publication and toolset on metabolic health. We audit every popular diet against the peer-reviewed literature, build free calculators, and offer a paid 12-week program (The Ancestral Reset) for readers who want a structured protocol.
We are not a clinic, a supplement company, or a coaching service. Nothing here substitutes for care from your own physician, and we say that on the page rather than burying it in a footer.
Educational only — not medical advice. Anything specific to your body belongs with your own clinician.
Three things this page will never answer
An FAQ is a good place for how the program is structured. It is a terrible place for anything that needs someone to look at you.
A medical emergency
Chest pain, severe hypoglycaemia, fainting, or anything frightening. Call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not email us and wait.
A prescription decision
Starting, stopping, tapering or switching any medication — including GLP-1 drugs. That decision belongs to the prescriber who can see your chart and your labs.
A diagnosis
We publish education and estimates. A symptom, a lab value that worries you, or a pattern you cannot explain needs a clinician who can examine you, not a calculator.

Educational only, not medical advice. Nothing on this page diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. Consult your physician before major dietary changes or altering prescribed medication.
