By accessing or using SureShotFatLoss (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

SureShotFatLoss provides editorial content, research summaries, calculators, a metabolic-health assessment, optional account-based features (daily progress tracking, dashboard), and optional paid programs (The Ancestral Reset, Inner Circle membership) related to dietary and lifestyle approaches to metabolic health.

The Service is educational only and is not medical advice. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest content beyond what reasonable users do
• Submit false information to assessments or forms
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute paid content without our written permission

Payment terms

Paid products (The Ancestral Reset, Inner Circle membership, coaching) are processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge to your payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account settings. Pricing is in US dollars unless otherwise noted; you're responsible for any applicable taxes.

Refund policy

The Ancestral Reset (one-time purchase): 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email support@sureshotfatloss.com within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.

Inner Circle membership (recurring): Cancel anytime through the Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future charges; we don't pro-rate refunds for the current billing period.

Coaching sessions (when offered): Refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Intellectual property

All content on the Service — articles, audits, protocols, calculators, and program materials — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by US and international copyright law. Personal use is welcome; redistribution requires permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit (assessment answers, daily logs, notes). You grant us a limited license to use that content to operate the Service for you — generate your dashboard, send your results, provide support.

Affiliate links and disclosures

Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you purchase through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We disclose affiliate relationships prominently in any article containing affiliate links. See our full affiliate disclosure.

Content accuracy and corrections

We cite peer-reviewed research throughout the Service and review content regularly. Despite our diligence, errors occur. If you find one, email research@sureshotfatloss.com; we'll correct verified errors and credit substantive contributions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU'VE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU'RE A FREE-TIER USER).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware state or federal courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified via email or a banner on the Service. Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance.
