Reset your password
One email, one link, one new password. Your logs, plan and saved assessment stay exactly as they are.
Account recovery
Send reset link
Signed up with Google? There's no password to reset — use the Google button on the login page.
How the reset works
Three steps, and the second one is where nearly everybody gets stuck.
Enter the address on the account
Whichever address you used at signup. If you're unsure, check for an old confirmation or receipt email from us.
Open the link from the same browser
The reset flow hands a session back to the browser that requested it. Opening it elsewhere is the most common failure.
Set a new password and you're in
You land on the dashboard signed in. Nothing in your logs, plan or saved assessment changes.
Single use. Short life. Same browser.
Accounts here can hold bloodwork and body-composition data, so a reset link is treated like a key to a filing cabinet rather than a convenience. It works once, it expires quickly, and issuing a new one kills the old one immediately.

Reset help
When the link won't cooperate
Give it a couple of minutes first — mail delivery is not instant, and requesting a second link invalidates the first, which makes the problem worse rather than better.
After that, work through the usual suspects in order: spam, promotions, and any filter or forwarding rule on the mailbox. Corporate mail systems quarantine transactional mail from unfamiliar senders more aggressively than personal ones.
Wait two minutes
Requesting again invalidates the link already sent to you.
Search, don't scroll
Search the mailbox for sureshotfatloss rather than reading the inbox.
Check spam and promotions
Reset mail lands there more than any other kind.
Then request one more
Only after the first has genuinely not arrived.
